These Terms govern your use of FlipFinder AI (the "Service") provided by FlipFinder AI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FlipFinder AI is an AI-powered tool that analyzes resale marketplace listings to estimate profit potential, flip score, and negotiation guidance. Outputs are estimates only and not guarantees of resale value.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

• Using it for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam
• Infringing any intellectual property or privacy rights
• Interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping, jailbreaking)
• Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the Service
• Circumventing technical limits, plan quotas, or rate limits

4. AI Outputs

The Service uses generative AI. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased and are not professional, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs before relying on them, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit. We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, models, branding, and documentation, is owned by FlipFinder AI and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time from paddle.net or by contacting support.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify FlipFinder AI for any claims arising out of your use of the Service, content you submit, or violations of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
