How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address used at checkout, or email us at support@flipfinderai.app and we will help you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from paddle.net. After cancellation you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
